Account Deletion Request

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our systems (including Facebook Instant Games and iOS applications), please follow the instructions below.

Warning: This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all game progress, purchases, and settings will be irrevocably lost.

How to request deletion:

To request account deletion, please contact our support team with your User ID and the name of the game you are playing.

Email: support@kieravogue.shop (Subject: Account Deletion Request)
Support ID: Please include your game ID found in the game settings menu.

Once we receive your request, our team will process it within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Facebook Platform Users:

You can also remove our application directly from your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites.
